Whiskey Sour – The Perfect Balance of Sweet & Sour

Ingredients:

• 2 oz bourbon

• 1 oz fresh lemon juice

• 0.75 oz simple syrup

• 1 egg white (optional)

Instructions:

1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker and shake vigorously without ice (dry shake).

2. Add ice and shake again until chilled.

3. Strain into a glass with granite whiskey stones.

4. Garnish with a lemon twist.
